OREO DIP - Delicious Which is Very Dangerous
HOW TO MAKE OREO DIP
I made this oreo sauce with a little cream cheese and whipped cream. Yes, actually Cool Whip, which is technically "whipped topping". Powdered sugar is added to sweeten the cream cheese, so it is similar to making cream cheese frosting. However, don't worry, we won't add enough to make you feel like you are eating sweet sweet frosting. This is just enough powdered sugar to make your tongue shake, but not overwhelmed.
Softening cream cheese and Cool Whip will make it easier to blend. You can let it sit at room temperature or soften it briefly in the microwave. The easiest way to combine this recipe is with a hand mixer. However, I add the last piece of Oreo and just fold it with a spoon so the mixer doesn't destroy it.
WHAT TO DO IN OREO DIP
Removing Oreo cookies in this sauce is ideal, however, there is no reason why you cannot use Graham Crackers or other sweet cookies. Actually, this would even be an amazing topping to go with my pancake recipe or French toast recipe! Your children will think you are the greatest chef ever!
